You should have all gotten the e-mail last weekend announcing our new Etsy Maine Team blog and reminder about our 2nd meeting. Jennifer (allsey) has been very busy adding your shop names to the categories on the lower right. I've added some here and there as well. Thank you also to Jodie (fuzzybunnyknits) to helping to add content. I'm sure you've all noticed our absolutely fabulous banner by Caroline (calobee and sixhours). Thanks Caroline, your doodles are the best! I hope to see many of you this Saturday evening in Augusta for lots of food, discussion and of course, fun!

Jamie Ribisi-Braley is an EtsyMaineTeam member and is looking for artists & crafters in the Augusta area that would want to get together for a bi-weekly craft night. Participants can meet on weeknights and work on a group project or individual pieces in her newly renovated workshop room at her house in Manchester, ME. Attendees can bring potluck snacks and sip tea from her enormous collection. Looking to start a small group by next week-- participants do not have to be an Etsy member so bring your buddy! The craft night will be a great way to meet local crafters and make some new friends! This will also be a great opportunity to make some extra cash because she is going to be opening an Artist Retreat and will need artisans to teach workshop classes --the perfect way to show her what you do.
